Our team uses the gift of administration to strengthen CrossPointe’s ministries through computer skills, data entry, and organization. If you love details, systems, and keeping things running smoothly, your gift can make a lasting impact.

Campus Support Team

Our team serves with gifts of service and helps by taking care of maintenance projects around the church building and grounds. If you enjoy fixing, repairing, and making sure things are in good working order, you’ll find a great place to serve here.

Outreach/Compassion Team

Our team lives out gifts of mercy, evangelism, and hospitality by organizing serve projects and outreach opportunities. If your heart beats for the hurting and for bringing the gospel outside the walls of the church, this team will fit you.

Events Team

Our team works behind the scenes to prepare and support Sunday services, conferences, and special events, while also creating environments where people feel welcome. Using gifts of hospitality, helps, and service, we handle setup, decorations, meals, and the details that help events run smoothly.

Safety Team

Our team provides a watchful presence during services, keeping our church family safe and secure. With gifts of discernment, wisdom, and helps, team members serve as guardians of the congregation, ready to respond if needs arise.

Connection Team

Our team uses gifts of hospitality, encouragement, and helps to welcome people to CrossPointe. Whether greeting at the doors, handing out worship guides, or helping someone find information about small groups, Growth Track, or events, we make sure everyone feels at home and connected.

CrossPointe Haven Team

Our team serves children with special needs, using gifts of mercy, teaching, and encouragement to provide intentional and personalized care.

KidPointe Team

Our team invests in the next generation through gifts of teaching, shepherding, and encouragement. From Bible stories and worship to games and small groups, we help children see God’s truth in ways they can understand.

CrossPointe Students

Our team pours into middle and high school students with gifts of leadership, encouragement, and shepherding. Whether through retreats, small groups, or weekly gatherings, we guide students to know and follow Christ.

CrossPointe Worship

Our team leads the church to glorify God through Christ-centered worship expressed in music. Made up of skilled musicians and singers, we serve with the gifts of exhortation and leadership, helping the congregation lift their voices and hearts to the Lord. With commitment, passion, creativity, and excellence, we aim to direct all attention to Christ and foster an atmosphere where His people can joyfully respond to His greatness.

Kids Check-In Team

Our team uses gifts of administration, hospitality, and helps to create a smooth and safe check-in experience for families. A warm smile and attention to detail make all the difference for new parents.

Legacy Team

Our team expresses the gift of giving to accelerate the vision of CrossPointe. Through prayerful generosity and strategic support, we resource major projects and expand the reach of the gospel.

Nursery/Preschool Team

Our team nurtures little ones through gifts of teaching, shepherding, and mercy. With Bible stories, songs, and play, we help lay the foundation of faith in tender hearts.

Prayer Team

Our team intercedes with gifts of faith, intercession, and discernment, covering services, ministries, and individuals in prayer.

Media Team

Our team ensures the music and message of CrossPointe are communicated with clarity and excellence during in-person services and extended through livestream and social media. Serving as sound technicians, lighting operators, ProPresenter operators, camera operators, graphic artists, photographers, and production directors, we use the gifts of helps, wisdom, and discernment. With creativity and a commitment to excellence, we work to present the gospel without distraction and draw attention to Christ.

Small Group Leaders

Our team uses gifts of teaching, shepherding, and hospitality to lead groups where people grow spiritually and build lasting relationships.
 

Usher Team

Our team serves the congregation by creating a welcoming and orderly environment in the worship center. We use the gifts of hospitality, helps, and service to assist people in finding seats on crowded Sundays, care for needs that arise during services, and oversee the opening and closing of the worship center doors. With attentiveness and kindness, we ensure that every person can focus fully on worship without distraction.
