Every individual will face God's judgment, a sobering truth underscored in Romans 2:5-16. Our deeds are the basis for this judgment, yet they cannot earn us salvation. With God showing no partiality, all are held to the standard of His law, which reveals our universal guilt and inability to achieve perfection. However, the gospel provides hope, offering righteousness through faith in Jesus Christ, not by works of the law.
