Press on Toward the Prize

Paul's message in Philippians 3:12-21 urges believers to press on toward Christlikeness with athletic determination. Though we haven't reached perfection, we pursue spiritual maturity because Christ has made us His own. This journey requires forgetting past failures and successes while straining forward with intense focus. As citizens of heaven, our values and priorities should reflect our true home while we await Christ's return. The Christian life is a marathon requiring perseverance, godly examples to follow, and the humility to be both learners and models for others.
